Strategically located in the heart of the city, only 200 metres far from the Rialto Bridge and 3 mins walking from Saint Mark Square, the charming “Ca’ Bellavista Rialto” Apartment sits on the fifth floor. In the building, there is a lift. This bright apartment has a graceful view over Venice’s roofs and is furnished with all the modern comforts: the flat is 60 sq.m in size and consists of a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa-bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area (with also dish washer and washing machine), a beautiful double bedroom, one modern bathroom with bathtub-shower, a splendid ‘altana’ (typical Venetian terrace on the roofs from where you can admire an enchanting view of the city and its lagoon) which is shared with the apartment in front of you.
The apartment is located in the real central part of the city, really close to the Rialto Bridge and its famous ‘Mercato’ (market), lively characteristic of this area. You can enjoy a lot of quiet, even if the central position.
With only 3 minutes of walk you will enjoy also Saint Mark Square, and all around the rich stores, restaurants and gondolas that will make you discover all Venice: from the apartment you can visit Venice in the best way enjoying the charm of one wonderful view. A few steps away from the apartment, there is also a large well-stocked supermarket, a bakery, a fresh fruit and vegetable store, a “pizza take away” and one of the best ice cream parlours in Venice. Our staff will be at your disposal for useful information and suggestions for your stay in Venice.

• In order to welcome you at the best, please let us know the estimated time of your arrival. Thank you.
• Check-in takes place at our Hotel da Bruno (www.hoteldabruno.com) which is situated in Salizzada San Lio, three minutes’ walk either from the Rialto Bridge or St. Mark’s Square. The apartment is situated only a few minutes from the hotel and a member of the staff will provide all needed information. • Check-in hours: Check-in starts at 3.00 pm. Reception at our Hotel da Bruno is always open 24/7.
In case of early arrival (before 3.00pm) – if the apartment is empty and ready – we will let you check-in in advance. If not, you’ll be allowed to leave your luggage, free of charge, in a specific area of Hotel da Bruno. For your valuables, an attended storage service is available (service may be chargeable).
Free luggage deposit available for our guests also on the day of departure, after check out (11 am).
