The “Marco Polo” apartment is air-conditioned: three air conditioning units, one in the living room, one in first double bedrooms and a third one in the second bedroom, allow comfort during the warmer months. Comfort is also ensured by free internet access.

The property is very well located, only a few steps from our Hotel da Bruno where check-in takes place: the 24-hour hotel reception will be always on hand!

A well-stocked Coop supermarket is literally next door, there are plenty of good local restaurants and shops in the surroundings, including a neighbourhood grocery shop, two bakeries just on the corner, a pizza take-away, the famous Venetian chocolatier “Vizio e Virtù”, one of the most celebrated pastry shops in the city (“Didovich”) and one of the best ice cream parlours in Venice (“Suso”): a dream place to stay for those with a sweet tooth!

Our comment: A highly recommended and very well situated apartment. A relaxing holiday base with all mod cons. Extremely convenient for check-in, check-out and any additional needs you might have during your stay: the proximity to our family-run Hotel da Bruno guarantees a cosy and attentive atmosphere.
